On Saturday, August 6, from 08.00 - 11.30 hours maintenance will take place on the system of the harbour masters of Rotterdam and Amsterdam (HAMIS). No notifications will be processed and no information will be fed back from HAMIS (e.g. ATAs, ATDs, orders, etc.).

You can, however, submit your reports in Portbase. During the maintenance (between 08:00 and 11:30) these will not be processed immediately, but buffered. Please take into account a delay in the return messages. After the maintenance has ended, the buffered messages will be processed and any return messages will follow. We urge you to send in as many messages as possible before the scheduled maintenance.

Emergency procedures will be used during the maintenance. This means that you can also report trips to the HCC by e-mail. Of course, ad hoc matters can also be coordinated with HCC and HOC by telephone.
